The process of examining customer complaints is regulated by Regulation 8/04 on “Minimum Conditions and Principles for Internal Rules, Regulating the Procedure of Examination of Complaints/Claims of Customers”, approved by the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
Individual customers have the right to submit claims arising from the transaction concluded between them and Smart Credit UCO LLC to the Financial System Mediator of Armenia. Smart Credit UCO LLC has entered into an agreement with Financial System Mediator's office to waive from its right to contest Financial System Mediator's decisions on claims with a total amount not exceeding AMD 200,000 (two hundred thousand) or equivalent foreign currency.
Upon your request, Smart Credit UCO LLC will provide you with the copies of documents that, according to articles 20 and 43 of the Republic of Armenia Law on Banks and Banking and article 14.1 of the Republic of Armenia Law on Credit Organizations, are not mandatory and/or are not banking or commercial secret.

Smart Credit UCO LLC may charge AMD 25 for each printed page in case the information is delivered by hand. Electronic delivery is free of charge.
